Reserve Your Unit

• Upon selecting a unit, immediately confirm your reservation to G&W through email, SMS or Phone. Upon confirmation, the unit will be held on courtesy reservation for 3 business days to protect your decision from other prospective clients.

• Within the 3 day period, at anytime, you may fax remittance receipt to solidify your reservation of the unit, which is good for 30 days.

Reservation Fees are as follows:

1) Penthouse [ 171.75 sqm (1848.70 sq. ft.) ] – Php 75, 000
2) 3-Bedroom [ 128.27 sqm (1,380.69 sq. ft.) ] – Php 75, 000
3) 2-Bedroom [ 77.91 sqm (838.62 sq. ft.) ] – Php 50, 000
4) 1-Bedroom [ 48.28 sqm (519.68 sq. ft.) ] – Php 50, 000
5) 1-Bedroom [ 46.00 sqm (495.14 sq. ft.) ] – Php 50, 000

• Upon reservation G&W will send contract documents to you. Please provide the following information:

1) Full Name as it appears on your ID.
2) Marital Status.
3) Citizenship.

Sign Contract

• After receiving the reservation, G&W will send the contract to you by mail.
