Rather than work for a middleman developer, who will resell the unit back to the homeowner with added costs for various overheads, such as executives' salaries, excessive loans, debt service & profits margins...our construction group choose to work for you, our clients directly.
By eliminating these non-project related add-on costs, the overall price of the condominium units is brought down to its direct cost. Clients can now save as much as 40% percent by not having to pay expenses that are not related to their units and buildings, making housing more affordable with a far more superior quality.
The BTO system lets buyers own residential units at direct cost by allowing the architects and engineers to build the unit for them at a fixed price, instead of purchasing products with add-on of unrelated expenses from the middleman, built by the same architects and engineers.
Unit owners through the BTO system are more protected through a Trustee Bank that acts as a depository and disbursement officer to manage the release of funds for the project, ensuring that it will only go directly and solely to the project alone. Moreover, funds will only be released by the bank based on the progress of construction. Unlike conventional developer led projects who have no accountability where the money is spent and often divert the funds to complete or launch other projects.

FASTER DELIVERY
Through the traditional system of “construction progress based billing” controlled by the depository and disbursement bank, the clients are ensured that the architects and engineers are only paid based on progress, making it their best interest to build as soon as possible. Whereas the middleman developer system of “pre-selling” where clients hand them their money first, and building construction will start in 3-5 years and complete in 5-7 years with allowance of 1 year for delay.

PROTECTIONS
Unit owners directly engage the services of Banco De Oro Trust Department, and deposit all payments directly to Banco De Oro.
Banco De Oro will protect the clients by ensuring that all funds go directly to the project alone and by disbursing based on construction progress, unlike the “pre-selling” system where client pre-pay directly to the middleman developer without knowing where the money is used, even if there is no construction progress.
PROFESSIONAL COMMITTMENT
Each entity involved in the construction of Grand Hamptons Place are licensed architects or licensed engineers by the PRC (Professional Regulatory Commission), making them personally liable for the quality and integrity of the building.
